HL-212 Trivalent Chromium Black Zinc Passivator

An environmentally friendly trivalent chromium black‑zinc passivation agent suitable for cyanide‑free alkaline zinc plating, widely used in the automotive, electronics, and toy industries. The undiluted solution contains no hexavalent chromium and complies with IEC 62321 standards. It exhibits virtually no selectivity toward different types of zinc‑plating additives on the market. After treatment, the coating is bright black with excellent adhesion; when used in conjunction with a black‑zinc sealing agent, it delivers a uniform, glossy black finish, passing the neutral salt spray test for over 200 hours. Suitable for both rack plating and barrel plating, it is extremely easy to use. Even when the passivation time significantly exceeds the upper limit, the passivation film retains its black appearance until the coating has fully dissolved.

HL-230 High-Corrosion-Resistant Zinc-Nickel Alloy Trivalent Chromium Blue Passivator

The plating solution contains no hexavalent chromium and exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, making it widely applicable in the automotive, electronics, and other industries; it complies with IEC 62321 standards. The passivation film demonstrates superior thermal stability, maintaining outstanding corrosion resistance even after high‑temperature treatment. It produces a uniform, vibrant blue to cyan‑blue passivation layer, can be operated at room temperature, and is suitable for both rack plating and barrel plating. When the nickel content is 10–15% and the coating thickness is not less than 8 µm, neutral salt spray testing yields no white rust after 200 hours and no red rust after more than 1,000 hours; further enhanced corrosion resistance is achieved when used in conjunction with the HL‑218 sealing agent.

HL-232 Zinc-Nickel Alloy Trivalent Chromium Color Passivation Agent

The undiluted solution contains no hexavalent chromium and exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, making it widely applicable in the automotive, electronics, and other industries; it complies with IEC 62321 standards. The passivation film demonstrates high thermal stability, with corrosion resistance remaining unaffected even after high‑temperature treatment. The passivator offers stable performance and a long service life, suitable for both rack plating and barrel plating.

HL-233 Zinc-Nickel Alloy Trivalent Chromium Black Passivation Agent

An environmentally friendly trivalent chromium black passivation agent for zinc–nickel alloys, widely used in the automotive, electronics, and toy industries; the undiluted formulation is free of hexavalent chromium. The resulting coating exhibits excellent blackness and uniformity, with minimal color variation. When used in conjunction with the water-based sealant HL‑218 or the zinc‑black‑specific sealant HL‑220, it delivers a uniformly black, glossy finish and outstanding corrosion resistance, making it suitable for both barrel and rack plating processes.

HL-235 Zinc-Nickel Alloy Trivalent Chromium Clear Passivation Agent

The plating solution contains no hexavalent chromium and exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, making it widely applicable in the automotive, electronics, and other industries; it complies with IEC 62321 standards. It produces a uniform, naturally colored passivation film, operates at room temperature, and is suitable for both rack plating and barrel plating. When the nickel content is 10–15% and the coating thickness is at least 8 μm, neutral salt spray testing yields no white rust after 200–500 hours and no red rust after more than 1,000 hours. Combined with the HL‑218 sealant, it delivers outstanding corrosion resistance.

HL-201 Colorless Sealer

It can significantly enhance the corrosion resistance of blue‑zinc or colored‑zinc passivated surfaces, offering stable performance and a long service life, making it suitable for both rack plating and barrel plating applications. When applied to passivated parts, no additional water rinsing is required after treatment. Moreover, the treated parts are easy to strip, with standard acid etchants sufficient for removal.

HL-210 High-Corrosion-Resistant Trivalent Chromium Black Zinc Sealer

A single-component, trivalent chromium‑based liquid post‑treatment process—free of hexavalent chromium in the original solution—can significantly enhance both the appearance and corrosion resistance of black‑passivated zinc and zinc‑alloy coatings. The product is stable and boasts a long service life, making it suitable for both rack plating and barrel plating. After treatment, parts require no water rinsing, and the coating can be easily stripped using standard acid etchants.
