Product Details
An environmentally friendly trivalent chromium black zinc passivation agent suitable for cyanide-free alkaline zinc plating, widely used in the automotive, electronics, and toy industries. The undiluted solution is free of hexavalent chromium and complies with IEC 62321 standards.
It exhibits virtually no selectivity toward the types of galvanizing additives available on the market. After treatment, the coating on the workpiece is bright black with excellent adhesion; when used in conjunction with a black zinc sealing agent, it delivers a uniform, dark‑black finish. The neutral salt spray test yields results exceeding 200 hours.
Suitable for both rack plating and barrel plating, it is extremely easy to use. When the passivation time significantly exceeds the upper limit, the passivation film retains a black appearance until the coating has completely dissolved.
