Oil- and ash‑removal cleaning agents are typically applied using one of three methods: immersion, spray washing, or ultrasonic treatment. The operational steps are as follows:
Prepare the solution according to the product instructions by diluting the cleaning agent with water at the specified ratio; the typical concentration is 5%–10%. After stirring thoroughly, pour the solution into the cleaning tank.
Temperature control: Can be used at room temperature; heating at 40–60°C yields better results and significantly accelerates the removal of oil and contaminants.
Cleaning method
Soaking and cleaning: Fully immerse the workpiece, agitate or turn it over, for 3–10 minutes.
Ultrasonic cleaning: When used in conjunction with ultrasonic waves, it can thoroughly clean complex cavities and tight crevices in just 2–5 minutes.
Spray washing: Suitable for conveyor lines, with a pressure of 0.2–0.4 MPa and a spray duration of 1–3 minutes.
After thoroughly removing oil and grime, remove the workpiece, rinse it thoroughly with clean water, and then dry it by baking or air-drying to prevent watermarks and re‑rusting.
When the maintenance cleaning fluid becomes contaminated, promptly replenish it with fresh cleaning agent or replace it entirely to ensure consistent cleaning performance.
