Product Details
A water-based system with excellent corrosion resistance and strong adhesion, free of harmful substances such as formaldehyde, benzene, and heavy metals. Upon drying, it forms a transparent, glossy film that can serve as a final anti-corrosion coating or a rust‑preventive primer, delivering outstanding film performance.
It is composed of a special acrylic copolymer emulsion, inorganic nanomaterials, water-soluble polymeric polymers, and other ingredients that synergistically seal and block pores. It exhibits excellent dispersibility, film-forming properties, and sealing performance, with a transparent coating. Widely used in industries such as automotive components, hardware, and furniture sliding rails, it significantly enhances the corrosion resistance of galvanized and zinc–nickel alloy passivation films.
Based on nano‑silicon and compliant with IEC 62321, this product is designed for zinc and zinc‑alloy coatings, extending neutral salt spray test life by 100–200 hours. It is suitable for both rack plating and barrel plating, delivering excellent color coverage, high gloss, and resistance to yellowing. With superior hardness and excellent leveling, it offers a high solids content while requiring minimal dosage. Specifically formulated for white‑zinc and bright zinc‑nickel finishes, it resists adhesion to fixtures, facilitates easy stripping, and exhibits excellent compatibility with a wide range of sealing agents. It also demonstrates outstanding resistance to water‑induced whitening and alcohol‑wipe testing, along with enhanced corrosion resistance—salt spray performance can be improved by 1–2 times. Convenient to use, it can be applied via immersion or spraying, with strong dry and wet adhesion and excellent flexibility. It remains color‑stable after high‑temperature baking and boasts unique resistance to alcohol‑wipe tests.
