Degreasing powder / Electrolytic degreasing powder / Electrolytic degreaser

Formulated with imported raw materials, it offers excellent water‑washability, minimizing contamination in downstream processes and reducing the rate of defective products. It is highly effective at removing high‑temperature oxidation black scale from ferrous parts, exhibiting strong penetrating, stripping, and solubilizing capabilities to efficiently eliminate surface rust, carbon deposits, and alkaline films. It can separate oil and grease in as little as 2 minutes, delivering outstanding performance even in blind holes, thereby boosting productivity and lowering costs. Containing chelating agents and surfactants, it removes metal‑surface oils, residual iron, carbon, and other contaminants through saponification, emulsification, and chelation, ensuring optimal preparation for subsequent processing steps.

Degreasing and dust-removal agent

Formulated with imported raw materials, it offers excellent water‑soluble cleaning performance, minimizing contamination in downstream processes. Specifically designed for degreasing ferrous and stainless steel parts, it exhibits strong penetration, stripping, solubilization, and emulsification capabilities, delivering outstanding results in removing scale, surface rust, and carbon deposits from forged iron components. It breaks down oil and grease within 2–5 minutes, provides superior treatment of blind holes, boosts production efficiency, and reduces costs. Containing chelating agents, surfactants, organic acids, fluorine compounds, and other ingredients, it delivers a unique polishing and brightening effect when used in combination with inorganic acids. It can cut the consumption of hydrochloric or sulfuric acid by more than 20% compared to conventional processes, suppresses acid‑fume volatilization, produces minimal odor, and removes impurities through multiple mechanisms to ensure a clean surface.

Eco-friendly alkaline zinc plating additive

A cyanide-free advanced technology addresses the brittleness issue in high-brightness coatings caused by excessive thickness, with a two-component additive system that separately controls dispersing power and brightness. With excellent dispersing power, the coating thickness ratio between the high-current zone (4 A/dm²) and the low-current zone (0.2 A/dm²) is 1.2–1.5, reducing zinc consumption. The coating achieves a mirror‑like finish comparable to bright acidic zinc; blue‑white passivation remains free of yellowing. For barrel plating, a 20 µm‑thick coating can be bent arbitrarily, and after 2 hours of baking at 200°C followed by rapid cooling, no blistering occurs. The passivation film exhibits superior adhesion compared to acid zinc, with outstanding high‑temperature resistance—products can still be produced normally even in a 40°C plating bath. Its deep‑plating capability surpasses both cyanide‑free zinc and acid zinc, while offering a broad operating window and strong resistance to impurities. The bath can be prepared using ordinary caustic soda and tap water, and the additives are stable. It is suitable for both barrel and rack plating, easy to maintain, non‑toxic, and straightforward to treat as wastewater.
