Product Details
A water-based nano-sealant for specialty ceramics, free of harmful substances such as formaldehyde, benzene, and heavy metals. Upon drying, it forms a transparent, glossy film that delivers exceptional gloss, smoothness, discoloration resistance, corrosion resistance, and strong adhesion.
Composed of an organic polymer liquid dispersion system and nano-sized silica particles, it is free of chromates, exhibits excellent coverage, produces a bright, uniform white coating, and forms a transparent, organically based anti-corrosion protective film.
The coating is ultra-thin, leaves no residual adhesive upon drying, and delivers high gloss, exceptional hardness, and excellent abrasion resistance. It exhibits strong salt‑spray resistance, can be cured by low‑temperature baking, and performs even better under high‑temperature baking. It also offers outstanding resistance to alcohol‑based solvents, with no discoloration and no adhesion to fixtures, making it suitable for both immersion and spray applications.
