Product Details
An environmentally friendly trivalent chromium‑based colored passivation agent, widely used in the automotive, toy, and electronics industries. The undiluted formulation is free of hexavalent chromium and, following a boiling‑water test, complies with the IEC 62321 standard.
Its innovative process delivers exceptional corrosion resistance: acid zinc barrel plating achieves a NSS test duration of up to 150 hours, while cyanide‑free alkaline zinc rack plating passes the NSS test for as long as 500 hours.
The passivation process features slow zinc dissolution, a thin coating with excellent corrosion resistance, high tolerance to impurities in the bath, and a long replenishment cycle.
Suitable for all types of zinc‑plated surfaces; the passivation film color shifts over time from reddish‑yellow to reddish‑green, with a rich, uniform hue and a brilliant luster. It is compatible with barrel plating, rack plating, and both manual and automated production lines.
